 Partners Edwardo and Samuel had a nice "rags to riches" story starting with both getting a $7K a first time home buyers bonus and turning it into a big time... buy, fix up and sell real estate business. He was kind enough to point out all the contacts and help from everyone he had met at our  meetings.
